QUALIFIED DRIVERS:
We offer three great days of track time, good friends and friendly
East-West competition. NO INSTRUCTION OR PASSENGERS AT SPEED
UNTIL 4PM ON SUNDAY! (If you are involved in the National Champion
running) THIS IS THE FINALS!! We will offer AM drive around for family
members to ride around the track along with at speed runs from 4pm-5:30pm.

FRIDAY TEST & TUNE:
A test and tune day is available! Friday will be open for a test and
tune day. We will be running 2 run groups all day!! $425 full day no
lunch and $325 for half day no lunch 1-5pm.
QUALIFIED DRIVERS COST:
$695- this cost includes Friday pm registration/reception party at the
Marriott Dallas/Ft. Worth Hotel; & Golf Club, 4 hours of track time, and a
Saturday night banquet at the Marriott, custom Finals shirt and Finals gift!
(NO discounts or ½ coupons can be used at the
Finals)

TRACKSIDE SUPPORT AND SAFETY
EQUIPMENT: Archer Racing
Accessories will be on hand to do complete trackside service including
suspension, alignments, engine modifications and exhaust. He has also
expanded his line to safety equipment. If there is something specific you
will like please make an appointment by calling John Archer

TIRES:
PLEASE
order your tires by Tuesday October 14th.
Archer Racing is the Exclusive provider
of trackside, tire mounting and balancing, and sales. Those needing
Michelin, Hoosier or any other tires please call ahead and order them

TRAILER AND RIG PARKING:
Parking and set up is allowed starting Thursday Oct. 23rd from
3pm-7pm

Is allowed. There are permanent bathrooms and showers
available!

Fuel: 93, 100 & 104 Unleaded, 110 Leaded. Available at track Credit card or
Cash!!
FRIDAY NIGHT CHECK IN:
6:00PM until 9:00 PM Reception at the Marriott. Check in
and get your awesome Finals gifts along with hors d’oeuvres. Tech.
inspection will occur all day Friday at the track or Saturday morning.
GUEST FOOD PACKAGE:
For those who do not wish to put their car on the track and/or
guests, we offer a food package of Fri pm reception and a Sat pm banquet for
$125.00 per person. Children will be given a discount, must call Courtney
for details!! Dinner only is $75

SATURDAY:
If arriving on Saturday morning, be at the track by 7:00AM for registration
and tech inspection. Drive a rounds will at 7:30am MANDATORY drivers
meeting at 8:00. The track will go hot at 8:30 Sat night trophy
presentation banquet at the Marriott and will start at 6:45 cash bar and
7:15pm dinner
SUNDAY:
Driver meeting at 8:30 the track will go hot at 8:30 with the Red Racers.
Trophy presentation at 4:15pm
